Senior PMO Manager

The Role

  • Ensure the successful completion of a customer project to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate all associated activities & resources to guarantee the committed margin and scheduling criteria.

  • Provide support during presales as such as assessing project needs, planning, staffing and risk management.

  • Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW).

  • Create and manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects.

  • Manage the project budget and margin.

  • Manage and provide guidance to the project team.

  • Monitor purchases and expenses.

  • Prepare/update the business forecast and ensure consistency with information system.

  • Communicate new business opportunities identified during project execution.

  • Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.

  • Produce the lessons learn during the project closure phase.

What You Need To Have:

  • 5 years’ experience in Project Management

  • Services & consulting experience

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or financial side of project management/administration

  • Understanding of 3DS products and technologies

  • Application Best Practices

  • Building Trust Relationship

  • Effective Communication

  • Effective Negotiation

  • Performance Management and Reporting

  • Project Management  

  • Business Forecasting
